everybody, I'm Kate Hale. I am spending a portion of my time
during the last quarter of 2003 on WSN traditional activities.
I will be drafting an inquiry letter for use by current
county coordinators.
I will circulate the letter to the other WSN Regional
Coordinators for their in-put and use.
I will request
updates from the other Regional Coordinators on the current status of county coordinators
in their regions and then compile an overview for us to consider and plan
