• 3/21 - Senate Leader Chuck Chvala and Senator Jim Baumgart ask Assembly Speaker Jensen and Rep. Neal Kedzie what can be done to pass legislation protecting wetlands and propose negotiations.

• 3/22 - Senate Leader Chuck Chvala's hand delivered letter to Assembly Speaker Scott Jensen asking for compromise on a wetlands' moratorium bill and on the Senate's already passed wetlands' protection bill, SB37.

• 3/22 - Representative Kedzie responds to the 3/21 letter and rejects any compromise, vowing to proceed with his own wetlands bill.
