A resolution to place a moratorium on large animal facilities with over 500 animal units and to form a committee to create a town zoning ordinance for these facilities was passed 126 for and 82 against. This has taken a year to accomplish. We have had to put a lot of our personal life aside to work on this. It really feels good.
