We recognize a special group of legislators as
Wisconsin's "CLEAN 16." Since 1972, we have given this award
each legislative session to legislators with the highest environmental
voting record - the green of the crop. In 1995-96, the "CLEAN 16"
were those with a total score of 94 points or greater. Our deepest thanks
to the following outstanding legislators for demonstrating leadership and
vision on environmental issues in Wisconsin.
