University Center
University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
1015 Reserve St., Stevens Point, WI

FRIDAY EVENING KICK-OFF EVENT:
"WISCONSIN 2003 YEAR OF WATER" FORUM
The WSN conference kicks off Friday, Feb. 14, with our highest profile event yet -- a "Wisconsin 2003 Year of Water" forum featuring Council of Canadians Chair Maude Barlow and University of Arizona law professor Robert Glennon.

Both Barlow and Glennon have written influential books on the subjects of water availability, privatization, and laws.  Barlow is the author of "Blue Gold," while Glennon has just published "Water Follies" - recently declared a book of the month by Scientific American.
