"WISCONSIN
2003 YEAR OF WATER" FORUM

The WSN conference kicks off Friday, Feb. 14, with our highest profile
event yet -- a "Wisconsin 2003 Year of Water" forum featuring Council of
Canadians Chair
Maude
Barlow and University of Arizona law professor
Robert
Glennon.
Both Barlow and Glennon have written influential books on the subjects
of water availability, privatization, and laws. Barlow is the author
of "Blue Gold,"
while Glennon has just published "Water
Follies" - recently declared a book of the month by Scientific American.

*The "member" price is for individuals who belong to organizations that
are current, dues-paid members of the WSN. Individuals not affiliated
with a WSN member organization are also welcome to attend at the nonmember
price. The WSN "member" price is also available for individuals who
